Altra Service Professionals, Inc., a medical equipment repair company located in Ocala, FL, has announced the addition of international sales and service to its’ offerings. ASP partnered with Bongo International to provide customers from outside of the U.S. with a cost effective shipping solution to receive items purchased from U.S. companies. “We are very excited to enter the international market”, says Bob DeChello, President & Co-Owner of Altra Service Professionals. “We have stayed away from non-U.S. business due to the cost and complexity of international shipping. Bongo eliminates those challenges by offering international customers a U.S. mailbox and completes the exporting aspect of the shipping. We can focus on our products and services while they focus on the shipping.”

When a customer visits the Altra website for an oxygen concentrator repair, CPAP repair, or refurbished oxygen concentrator purchase, they will see a link at the bottom of the webpage for International Customers. Follow the instructions to create a Bongo account and enter the address provided by Bongo when facilitating your repair or purchase. Altra will ship the item to your U.S. mailbox. The customer will facilitate the final delivery to their international destination with Bongo International.

Note: ASP sells medical equipment requiring 120v 60Hz only. We service machines ranging in voltage from 110v to 240v.

Bob DeChello is the President and Co-Owner of Altra Service Professionals, Inc, a full service Medical Equipment Repair company located in Ocala Florida. Bob has over 14 years experience in the HME industry with a focus on distribution and cost reduction. Prior to joining ASP, Bob worked as the Director of Operations for Critical Homecare Solutions, a national HME, Infusion, & Home Healthcare company. He spent four happy years with the CHS team with primary responsibilities including new acquisition operations integration, overseeing the centralizing of various departments, writing and implementing policy and procedures, and managing respiratory related purchasing agreements. Prior to CHS, Bob worked for Professional Home Care Services, a regional HME provider located in New England, for almost 10 years where he was the warehouse & distribution manager. Bob lives in the Ocala Florida area with his wonderful wife and 2 energetic boys. Bob enjoys doing anything that involves spending time with his family. The DeChello family moved to Florida in 2008 to get away from the cold New England winters, but enjoy visiting friends and family there. Prior to moving to Ocala, they lived in the Jacksonville Florida area for 4 years.
