Just got off the phone with a truly helpful and honest person at Altra. My ResMed absorbed skunk odor (long story!) and Altra was very helpful and honest that it would require significant work and would cost as much as a new machine. Genuine honesty and useful information - when I do need repairs, I know who I'm calling!

Great service and workmanship! I've had two Resmed Airsense 10 CPAPs repaired this month. The first was to repair a newer CPAP with a noisy, failing blower motor. Following a great experience, an older model was sent due to a screen message reporting the motor had reached its EOL. The process from initial request for service to the return of each CPAP was a breeze (pun intended). Now I have two fully functioning, quiet devices, one of which will serve as a backup. Thanks ASP!

I just got my Airsense 11 back today. I totally ruined my unit trying to wash it with running water. This thing looks and operates like brand new. It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommend!!!

I was told my CPAP machine was out of warranty by my supplier, so instead of buying a new one I brought my machine to Altra Service. The next day, Bob called me and said it was repaired, needing a new blower motor (which I guessed it was). The repair cost for a new motor was ZERO! Bob informed me that the machine still had a month left on the Resmed Warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Do not hesitate to send your machine to them for repair. Their level of integrity and honesty is top notch.

I had a Philips Respironics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator that was used every night for over 2 years. My wife traveled on the planes with it and it sat by the bed and was used at night. It is very quiet compared to the big machines and will produce up to 3 ml continuous Oxygen, even on battery. It started going into an alarm state, and for a month or so we could silence the alarm. Then it would alarm within 5 min after silencing it. I contacted Altra Service Professionals and they suggested I send it to them for a regular service as the alarm means the purity of the oxygen is degraded. They even sent me a shipping label to send the machine to them. Turns out it just needed some filters cleaned, and they did a full diagonistic test on it and shipped it back to me. This company is Great, and the staff is knowlegable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you contact them for any Oxygen needs or equipment repairs. They are the trusted pro's. Thank You Altra for great service, you have earned 5 Stars for Sure.

Easy to contact. Specific instructions for shipping. Excellent communication as to what needs repair and price to repair so YOU determine whether you want to proceed or not. When repaired an invoice will be sent, payment completed, and shipment will be made. If need be, I would repeat these services again.

i had a little trouble hooking up the power cord. other than that everything works smoothly. i have to be carefull when filling the tank for water. all works fine and i get better rest. Mythroat and lungs do not hurt. I have moisture in the system. thanks for the fix.they are usually quick to answere the telephone to help.

Our Simply flow concentrator was alarming. Alta was able to fix and send back our machine in timely fashion. Great, upfront personal service. No surprises!

Great service all around. When my CPAP machine stopped working, my local medical supply store told me it was unfixable, and I would have to buy brand new. Quality repair!! They diagnosed the issue fixed it and I received my CPAP back in great working condition. There was a software issue with the manufacturer of the device, Phillips, which delayed them repairing the machine. This was not an issue with Altra Service Professionals (ASP). ASP had great communication throughout the issue and kept me informed of the progress from the manufacturer I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!

This is the second time I have used their service. AirSense 10 which still works great and AirSense 11 this time. Very quick and reasonable on repair costs. It couldn't be better or faster!

Excellent service! Shipped them my CPAP machine using their pre-paid mailing label, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. The unit had to be sent to the manufacturer, Resmed. I was mailed what seems to be a brand-new machine. Altra saved me hundreds compared to buying myself a new one.

What a great service…… I have (2) ResMed BiPAP machines. Both machines were making a disturbing whining sounds when I would breathe in. This annoyed my wife to no end….. I live in Apopka, Florida….. I drove up one day and they fixed my machine in about 45 minutes the first day…… what amazing service. I ended up driving back up to have my second machine repaired!! It was well worth the small amount paid for service compared to the crazy prices for these machines!! Great job!!

I was hesitant that my machine could be repaired, but this service was extremely efficient, fast and transparent. I had several phone calls with them and they did not try and upsell me. In the end, we decided together what made the most sense in terms of repair vs cost. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. My machine was repaired, thoroughly tested then packed perfectly for a safe return. These guys are legit. And it’s certainly less expensive than a new machine. Thank you for this service.

Thank you, they repaired my old ResMed 10 that I use in my fifth wheel as a back up. Did amazing job, had bad whistle to it. Damaged due to me using SoClean on it for past 5 years. It was repaired very fast, came back with all the original settings in it, well packaged. Definitely recommend u using them for CPAP repair needs.

My CPAP is very old but it is nice to know there is a place that keeps my machine going. With no insurance I wouldn’t have a place like Altra. Thanks for keeping my health a priority.

Altra Service did a FANTASTIC JOB on the repair of my CPAP machine. I was using a SoClean with my CPAP machine and it caused the seals and insulation to fail in the machine. I shipped my machine to Altra Service and had a quote back from them the same day of the machine's arrival at their shop! After authorizing the repair, same day they completed the repair within 24 hours and was back in my bedroom 1 week after sending it to them.

Dealing with them was easy and they were very professional through the whole process.
