I’m from St. John’s NL Canada and was told by my local supplier from whom I just purchased a new ResMed AirSense 11 that they wouldn’t even diagnose my old Air Sense 10 unit that was displaying a End of Life code, because I did not buy the unit from them.
Since I was going to Florida I kept it with me and got in touch with Bob who told me to bring it in and he would check it out. After a two hour drive I delivered it to him at 11:30 AM in the morning and received their call before 1 PM the same day telling me the unit was completely refurbished and ready for pick up. For less than $300.00 I was back in business with two units that I can now count on when travelling and want to leave one at home.

Very efficient and returned repaired machine amazingly fast.

I looked everywhere for a service that would fix my CPAP DreamStation machine because I didn't want to buy a new one - it's silly and they are expensive. I was thankful to come across Altra. Their communication was great, they replaced my broken screen, shipped my device back quickly, and now I'm back in business. I recommend them for all of those times you don't want to give thousands for a new unit.

pricey but thats probably just because everything to do with these machines is expensive but they repaired it quickly, shipping to and fro was easy and they communicated clearly and often with status updates.

Best repair experience ever. The entire airsense 11 repair took approximately 2 weeks. I live in California. Altra is in Florida. Not to bad. Altra was very informative with the repair information.They informed me my machine was still under warranty, so the repair cost nothing. My machine was making a squeaky noise. I used my machine the day I received it. No noise. Quiet as a church mouse. I would highly recommend ASP for your cpap machine repair. Thank you Altra.

Very easy to work with. Estimate was exactly what I paid for. Better than buying unknown used machine. Warrenty for repair is very nice. Used first 2 days. Feels like a whole new machine. Thank you . Full turnaround was 11 days including 2 weekends for shipping. Very fair. My machine was used since 2015. I put one motor in it. I do not recommend buying cheap motor. Lasted almost 2 yrs. Not as quiet or accurate as factory.

Professional service with every step! From the notification of receipt of my unit through the quick estimate and repair - they have an efficient, effective repair service! My Airsense 10 is running like new now. They also run factory diagnostics and provide you with the report. Highly recommended.

Was in the market to replace/upgrade my backup bipap and was delighted to find Altra. They were able to diagnose and repair my most recently failed unit. I got it back quickly, they ran a battery of tests to ascertain serviceability. Now I have a great backup unit, and plan to use it for traveling so I won't have to disassemble and pack my primary equipment every time I leave town for a few days.
Can't say enough about how easy the process was. Highly recommend. (Don't think I said anything about how reasonably priced they are.)

Bob provided e exceptional service. He was fast and efficient. Il my friend and I brought two machines and were able to pick them up in a couple of hours. He only use oem parts an supplies. Bob provided additional information on how to maintain the machines and things to look for to assure extended performance.

The Amazon of CPAP repair.
I originally replaced my own motor with an Amazon knockoff. It was louder and didn’t provide consistent pressure. Not only did the folks at Alta Service replace with the correct motor they notice water spots, from me, (and that I put the old motor back in incorrectly) because I cleaned the motor housing in the sink. ;), they do a full check and provide a full list of battery of Tests they have done as well as the part # and lot# of the motor.
Lastly they make it so easy to ship to them. You just have to print out the label and put it on the box and drop it off. Once they get it in they evaluate the CPAP and email what it will cost to fix it. You approve it and then pay 💰. They quickly fix it, test it and sanitize it and return it. Awesome job.

Very friendly, professional, highly competent, and extremely reasonably priced (compared to replacement prices) firm to work with. Also, amazingly quick turnaround times and, easy to ship products to (they provide pre-paid UPS shipping labels), and their return boxes are perfect if you are sending a second CPAP machine for repair.

My ResMed absorbed skunk odor (long story!) and Altra was very helpful and honest that it would require significant work and would cost as much as a new machine. Great service and workmanship! I've had two Resmed Airsense 10 CPAPs repaired this month. The first was to repair a newer CPAP with a noisy, failing blower motor. Following a great experience, an older model was sent due to a screen message reporting the motor had reached its EOL. The process from initial request for service to the return of each CPAP was a breeze (pun intended). Now I have two fully functioning, quiet devices, one of which will serve as a backup. Thanks ASP!

Great service. Sent my Bipap on Thursday and had it back by Tuesday. Had a hiccup with the payment service, but
Bob took care of it over the phone.

I just got my Airsense 11 back today. I totally ruined my unit trying to wash it with running water. This thing looks and operates like brand new. It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommend!!!

I was told my CPAP machine was out of warranty by my supplier, so instead of buying a new one I brought my machine to Altra Service. The next day, Bob called me and said it was repaired, needing a new blower motor (which I guessed it was). The repair cost for a new motor was ZERO! Bob informed me that the machine still had a month left on the Resmed Warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Do not hesitate to send your machine to them for repair. Their level of integrity and honesty is top notch.

I had a Philips Respironics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator that was used every night for over 2 years. My wife traveled on the planes with it and it sat by the bed and was used at night. It is very quiet compared to the big machines and will produce up to 3 ml continuous Oxygen, even on battery. It started going into an alarm state, and for a month or so we could silence the alarm. Then it would alarm within 5 min after silencing it. I contacted Altra Service Professionals and they suggested I send it to them for a regular service as the alarm means the purity of the oxygen is degraded. They even sent me a shipping label to send the machine to them. Turns out it just needed some filters cleaned, and they did a full diagonistic test on it and shipped it back to me. This company is Great, and the staff is knowlegable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you contact them for any Oxygen needs or equipment repairs. They are the trusted pro's. Easy to contact. Specific instructions for shipping. Excellent communication as to what needs repair and price to repair so YOU determine whether you want to proceed or not. When repaired an invoice will be sent, payment completed, and shipment will be made. If need be, I would repeat these services again.
