Professional service with every step! From the notification of receipt of my unit through the quick estimate and repair - they have an efficient, effective repair service! My Airsense 10 is running like new now. They also run factory diagnostics and provide you with the report. Highly recommended.

Was in the market to replace/upgrade my backup bipap and was delighted to find Altra. They were able to diagnose and repair my most recently failed unit. I got it back quickly, they ran a battery of tests to ascertain serviceability. Now I have a great backup unit, and plan to use it for traveling so I won't have to disassemble and pack my primary equipment every time I leave town for a few days.
Can't say enough about how easy the process was. Highly recommend. (Don't think I said anything about how reasonably priced they are.)

Bob provided e exceptional service. He was fast and efficient. Il my friend and I brought two machines and were able to pick them up in a couple of hours. He only use oem parts an supplies. Bob provided additional information on how to maintain the machines and things to look for to assure extended performance.

The Amazon of CPAP repair.
I originally replaced my own motor with an Amazon knockoff. It was louder and didn’t provide consistent pressure. Not only did the folks at Alta Service replace with the correct motor they notice water spots, from me, (and that I put the old motor back in incorrectly) because I cleaned the motor housing in the sink. ;), they do a full check and provide a full list of battery of Tests they have done as well as the part # and lot# of the motor.
Lastly they make it so easy to ship to them. You just have to print out the label and put it on the box and drop it off. Once they get it in they evaluate the CPAP and email what it will cost to fix it. You approve it and then pay 💰. They quickly fix it, test it and sanitize it and return it. Awesome job.

Great service and workmanship! I've had two Resmed Airsense 10 CPAPs repaired this month. The first was to repair a newer CPAP with a noisy, failing blower motor. Following a great experience, an older model was sent due to a screen message reporting the motor had reached its EOL. The process from initial request for service to the return of each CPAP was a breeze (pun intended). Now I have two fully functioning, quiet devices, one of which will serve as a backup. Thanks ASP!

I just got my Airsense 11 back today. I totally ruined my unit trying to wash it with running water. This thing looks and operates like brand new. It wasn’t necessarily cheap, but well worth it. Highly recommend!!!

I was told my CPAP machine was out of warranty by my supplier, so instead of buying a new one I brought my machine to Altra Service. The next day, Bob called me and said it was repaired, needing a new blower motor (which I guessed it was). The repair cost for a new motor was ZERO! Bob informed me that the machine still had a month left on the Resmed Warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. Do not hesitate to send your machine to them for repair. Their level of integrity and honesty is top notch.

I had a Philips Respironics SimplyGo Oxygen Concentrator that was used every night for over 2 years. My wife traveled on the planes with it and it sat by the bed and was used at night. It is very quiet compared to the big machines and will produce up to 3 ml continuous Oxygen, even on battery. It started going into an alarm state, and for a month or so we could silence the alarm. Then it would alarm within 5 min after silencing it. I contacted Altra Service Professionals and they suggested I send it to them for a regular service as the alarm means the purity of the oxygen is degraded. They even sent me a shipping label to send the machine to them. Turns out it just needed some filters cleaned, and they did a full diagonistic test on it and shipped it back to me. This company is Great, and the staff is knowlegable, friendly and professional. I highly recommend you contact them for any Oxygen needs or equipment repairs. They are the trusted pro's. Easy to contact. Specific instructions for shipping. Excellent communication as to what needs repair and price to repair so YOU determine whether you want to proceed or not. When repaired an invoice will be sent, payment completed, and shipment will be made. If need be, I would repeat these services again.

i had a little trouble hooking up the power cord. other than that everything works smoothly. i have to be carefull when filling the tank for water. all works fine and i get better rest. Mythroat and lungs do not hurt. I have moisture in the system. thanks for the fix.they are usually quick to answere the telephone to help.

Our Simply flow concentrator was alarming. Alta was able to fix and send back our machine in timely fashion. Great, upfront personal service. No surprises!

Quality repair!! They diagnosed the issue fixed it and I received my CPAP back in great working condition. There was a software issue with the manufacturer of the device, Phillips, which delayed them repairing the machine. This was not an issue with Altra Service Professionals (ASP). ASP had great communication throughout the issue and kept me informed of the progress from the manufacturer I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!!

Excellent service! Shipped them my CPAP machine using their pre-paid mailing label, and they quickly diagnosed the problem. The unit had to be sent to the manufacturer, Resmed. I was mailed what seems to be a brand-new machine. Altra saved me hundreds compared to buying myself a new one.

What a great service…… I have (2) ResMed BiPAP machines. Both machines were making a disturbing whining sounds when I would breathe in. This annoyed my wife to no end….. I live in Apopka, Florida….. I drove up one day and they fixed my machine in about 45 minutes the first day…… what amazing service. I ended up driving back up to have my second machine repaired!! It was well worth the small amount paid for service compared to the crazy prices for these machines!! Great job!!

I was hesitant that my machine could be repaired, but this service was extremely efficient, fast and transparent. I had several phone calls with them and they did not try and upsell me. In the end, we decided together what made the most sense in terms of repair vs cost. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
