Device pop-up messages may appear on your screen to alert you of a required action, device status update, or reminder. When the pop-up message appears, follow any required actions.
Blocked air inlet
  • Check device air inlet is not obstructed.
  • Check air filters are clean and properly installed. Replace if needed.
Low Leak
  • Blockage at tube or mask
  • Check tube is not crushed or folded such that air flow is restricted.
Humidifier Error
  • Unplug the power cord, then plug it back in.
  • If error continues to display, then there is an issue with the humidifier. Therapy will continue to run without humidification.
Tube Error
  • This will only display if the heated tube is attached,
  • Remove the heated tube from the device and reattach. If the alert continues, replace your heated tube.
  • If alert continues after replacing the heated tube, then the machine will need service.
Humidifier Off
  • Disconnect the battery source and use the AC power supply.
SD Card. There was a problem reading your SD Card.
  • Remove and reinsert the SD Card
  • If error persists, replace the SD Card.
  • If error continues, then your device needs service.
SD Card. Your SD Card is full.
  • Remove and replace with a new SD Card
Service Required. Please contact support.
  • The therapy button ring blinks continuously.
  • Disconnect power for device and reattach. If alert continues, then your device needs service.
Check Power with light blinking continuously
  • Indicates an incompatible power supply is attached.
  • Switch to a Philips provided 80 watt power supply.
Low Voltage
  • Confirm a Philips provided power supply is attached.
  • If using a battery, ensure battery is adequately charged.
Device Update. A new software version is available. update now?
  • Tap update to begin the software upgrade.
  • Tap cancel to cancel the update.
Notification. You will begin the next level of EZ Start Pressure.
  • Displays when EZ Start mode is enabled, and device is increasing therapy pressure setting for the next session.
