Can't say enough good things about Altra. Rare to find such a great response. Seamless from start to finish. Bob is a true professional. Its really comforting to know there is a company you can depend on for any repairs and knowledge sharing.

Absolutely the best, hands down. I bring my concentrator from Colorado for service. Bob and company are honest as the day is long and care about their customers. You WILL NOT be disappointed with them.

What a great service…… I have (2) ResMed BiPAP machines. Both machines were making a disturbing whining sounds when I would breathe in. This annoyed my wife to no end….. I live in Apopka, Florida….. I drove up one day and they fixed my machine in about 45 minutes the first day…… what amazing service. I ended up driving back up to have my second machine repaired!! It was well worth the small amount paid for service compared to the crazy prices for these machines!! Great job!!

Fast and easy and saved me a ton of money

Thank you, they repaired my old ResMed 10 that I use in my fifth wheel as a back up. Did amazing job, had bad whistle to it. Damaged due to me using SoClean on it for past 5 years. It was repaired very fast, came back with all the original settings in it, well packaged. Definitely recommend u using them for CPAP repair needs.

Altra Service did a FANTASTIC JOB on the repair of my CPAP machine. I was using a SoClean with my CPAP machine and it caused the seals and insulation to fail in the machine. I shipped my machine to Altra Service and had a quote back from them the same day of the machine's arrival at their shop! After authorizing the repair, same day they completed the repair within 24 hours and was back in my bedroom 1 week after sending it to them.

Dealing with them was easy and they were very professional through the whole process.

Ultra has a system in place that makes it very easy to ship and return your items. The unit came back looking like new. Everything is working perfectly. They even changed unit hours back to zero. I recommend this company 100%.

I recently sent in my AirCurve 10 for service with Altra Service Professionals after it reached its end-of-life hour counter. The entire experience was smooth and efficient from start to finish.

Being able to print out a prepaid shipping label made getting the machine to them a breeze. They repaired and shipped it back the same day, which is almost unheard of these days. The team was courteous, professional, and clearly runs a smart, customer-first operation.

My CPAP machine started making 'whale wheezing' noises when I breathed, so seemed like the motor had thrown a bearing or something. Sent it in, got a diagnosis and quote within 24hrs of them receiving it. I said "Yes, please" and they had it done and shipped back the next day.

I was introduced to Altraservice thru Resmed as an authorized repair center. The process was extremely easy. The customer service is excellent. I have used the service on 2 of my bipap machines. I highly recommend them.

Tried to fix bipap myself. Motor was dying and I replaced it. Still, it threw an error code. Explained all this to staff, called me the next day for pickup. Cost me less than 5% of a new unit!

These guys are great. My machine broke and wasn’t usable. They managed the warrantee replacement. It was all seamless and very easy. They also communicate very well and are very easy to work with.

All of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. I could not believe the fast, accurate service I received with no attempt to up sell. They rapidly fixed and returned my ResMed Airsense 10. As a side note, I have a ResMed Airsense 10 for travel and a ResMed Airsense 11 for home use. In my opinion, the ResMed Airsense 10 is the better of the 2 and well worth fixing.
