CPAP compliance refers to the consistent and correct use of your CPAP machine. Medicare, most insurance plans, and DOT have a compliance standard that patients must meet. Your homecare provider can access this data and provide the necessary information to the entity that is requesting this information. Many times, customers do not know who their homecare provider is, while some companies have gone out of business. This makes it difficult to retrieve a compliance report.

The most common CPAP compliance report requests we encounter are from DOT drivers that use a CPAP. When they are having their routine DOT physical, they must provide a CPAP compliance report as part of their DOT physical. We offer a service for any patient that needs a CPAP compliance report. If you provide us your CPAP data, then we will generate the CPAP compliance report for you for $20.

 

There are a few ways your CPAP compliance information can be provided to us. You will need an SD card reader in order to upload or email your data.

1. Upload your data. When you complete the form below, you will be able to attach a file and submit it with the form.
2. Email the data to us.
3. Mail you SD card (and/or CPAP machine) to us.

Note: if uploading or emailing the SD card data, you will need to do so with a zip file. This video explains how to do that:

 

When you are ready to submit your CPAP data, please complete the information below. Once the data has been received and can be successfully read by the compliance software, you will receive an invoice for $20. Once this is paid, the compliance report will be emailed to you.

We currently support compliance reports for ResMed and Philips Respironics devices.
