ASP is a ResMed and Philips Respironics Authorized Repair Center. As such, we are able perform CPAP repairs for both warranty and out of warranty CPAP machines on behalf of ResMed and Philips. We use CPAP repair parts and computerized testing software provide by ResMed and Philips. The software’s has several different tests, along with calibration and performance verification modules, to ensure you CPAP service meets OEM specifications. Being an Authorized Service Center, we are held to a higher standard than other CPAP repair centers. We are required to provide detailed records to ResMed, are subject to remote and on site audits, receive the most recent updates for the CPAP machines, and have regularly scheduled meetings with them to review this information.

We service the following CPAP models:

Most companies only check the CPAP pressure with a manometer. That’s only one small component of the required testing for a CPAP machine repair. We provide a comprehensive certification with documentation that includes all of the testing completed. We start by saving your settings. We then open your machine and complete a visual inspection of the internal components such as the blower motor and pc boards. Next, we use the Resmed Service Software to complete a performance test. Based on these results, we provide a detailed repair quote for your review. After the repair is completed, we use the Resmed and Respironics Service Software to complete all of the required testing, including pressure calibration, flow calibration, verification of pressure and flow, humidifier function test, and more. Once all testing passes, we reload your settings back on your machine.

Our repair process is quick and simple: Click the Schedule Service button and complete the information requested, then click submit. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to generate and print a FREE pre-paid UPS shipping label to send us your equipment. It doesn’t get any easier than that! Once we receive your CPAP or BiPAP machine, we will log it in our tracking system. It is then evaluated by one of our factory trained service technicians. We will contact you with a no obligation cpap repair estimate based on our evaluation. Estimates are typically provided within 3 business days of receipt. If approved, we will email you a link to make payment. You can also pay over the phone or mail a check. Once paid, the repair will be completed, which usually takes 1-2 business days. If the repair estimate is declined, then we will collect payment for the $35 bench fee (commercial customers only), in addition to return shipping. End users and patients never pay a bench fee. If you would like us to recycle the machine, we will waive the bench fee and return shipping charge.

What a great service…… I have (2) ResMed BiPAP machines. Both machines were making a disturbing whining sounds when I would breathe in. This annoyed my wife to no end….. I live in Apopka, Florida….. I drove up one day and they fixed my machine in about 45 minutes the first day…… what amazing service. I ended up driving back up to have my second machine repaired!! Thank you, they repaired my old ResMed 10 that I use in my fifth wheel as a back up. Did amazing job, had bad whistle to it. Damaged due to me using SoClean on it for past 5 years. Altra Service did a FANTASTIC JOB on the repair of my CPAP machine. I was using a SoClean with my CPAP machine and it caused the seals and insulation to fail in the machine. I shipped my machine to Altra Service and had a quote back from them the same day of the machine's arrival at their shop! After authorizing the repair, same day they completed the repair within 24 hours and was back in my bedroom 1 week after sending it to them.

All of the 5 star reviews are well deserved. I could not believe the fast, accurate service I received with no attempt to up sell. They rapidly fixed and returned my ResMed Airsense 10. As a side note, I have a ResMed Airsense 10 for travel and a ResMed Airsense 11 for home use. In my opinion, the ResMed Airsense 10 is the better of the 2 and well worth fixing.
